Fix numerous warnings introduced by Connector improvements

    Description

      The changes in ACCUMULO-4784 deprecated the ClientConfiguration class, and introduced nearly 900 warnings about continued internal use of our own deprecated old API code.

      These warnings should be cleaned up, in order to reduce the noise, so new warnings (potential bugs) can be more easily triaged instead of lost in the noise... and so we can start using our own code internally.
