Description

I ran the continuous ingest tests on a cluster and ran into a few issues when running the agitator:

• Quotes need to be removed from agitator commands in accumulo-testing script when called using sudo.
• If HDFS is being run by current user, don't use sudo to call datanode agitator as env variables will not be set.
