Description

I noticed that both the LruBlockCache (and the soon-landing TinyLfuBlockCache) both suffer from the same logging issues:

1. Not clear if the cache is for index blocks or data blocks
2. Two separate log messages make it impossible to know definitively which cache the 2nd message goes with (don't know which cache the stats are actually for).

Should be able to clean this up easily.
