Description

Netbeans uses some files that are not gitignored. The rat plugin also does not ignore these files. It ignores IntelliJ and Eclipse files, but not Netbeans. See http://creadur.apache.org/rat/apache-rat-plugin/check-mojo.html#useDefaultExcludes
