[ACCUMULO-3965] `listscans` shell command doesn't include scanId

Description

Noticed this one after peeking at ACCUMULO-2641 again.

The scanId is included on the ActiveScan response, but this isn't displayed by the `listscans` shell command (which essentially toString's ActiveScan objects).

We should also display this attribute.
