Description

After working on a Hive and Pig, I've noticed a really handy class that HBase provides for their users to automatically add the necessary HBase jars to the MapReduce job's classpath (libjars). I subsequently copied it for my uses with Accumulo which greatly simplified the code I had to write and the setup of the MapReduce jobs that ran.

I'd like to pull this into Accumulo proper for improving the usability of our setup.
