Use annotations for discovering shell commands

    Description

      Instead of our current method of hard coded command registration in Shell.config(String...) we should be able to annotate a bunch of classes and have them populate the shell commands list automatically.

      Might also be useful to have an enum for the type of command, instead of a bunch of arrays.
