AccumuloFileOutputFormat cannot generate encrypted RFiles.

    Description

      The AccumuloFileOutputFormat does not seem to have the ability to pick up an accumulo-site.xml that is on the classpath. Therefore, it currently seems impossible to pass required crypto settings to a MapReduce job. The best way to do this will probably be to add one or several explicit setters to the AccumuloFileOutputFormat class that will handle things appropriately.

      If there is already a recognized way to do this, please comment. Either way, it should probably be made easier.
