CollectTabletStats does not work on cloned tables

    Description

      I attempted to run o.a.a.server.test.performance.scan.CollectTabletStats over a cloned table and it failed with a java.io.FileNotFoundException: File does not exist: /accumulo/tables/j../d/t-005a7cj/A0060e84.rf (Line 403?)
