Description

Started accumulo with 'service accumulo-tserver start'

Tried to stop accumulo with 'service accumulo-tserver stop'

Fails with org.apache.hadoop.security.AccessControlException as it tries to
stop with user 'root' and not 'ACCUMULO_USER'.
