Description

if you're running accumulo as its own user and have hdfs permissions for /accumulo locked down to only that user, `service accumulo stop` throws an error that root can't touch /accumulo. it looks like the cause is that $TARGET_USER isn't set to anything in the init.d script's stop) path.
