[ACCUMULO-1509] 'Recent Logs' should be highlighted in yellow when only warnings are present.

Description

Currently, the 'Recent Logs' tab on the Monitor page is highlighted in red whether the logs are warnings or errors. It would be best if it was marked yellow when there are only warnings and red when there are actual errors.
