All my efforts to build any piece of FOP fail with

J:\fop-0.20.3\build.xml:293: Could not read filters from file:
J:\fop-0.20.3\build\src\codegen\filter

This stops

build
build clean
build codegen

This is with Java 1.4

This should be fixed in CVS
(read: works for me, W2K/Java 1.4.0 (build 1.4.0-b92))

Just checkout the latest maintenance branch
(cvs co -r fop-0_20_2-maintain xml-fop)
