The examples in the mod_remoteip docs use RemoteIPTrusted everywhere, even for the RemoteIPInternal sections. Probably a bad copy & paste?

Patch against trunk is attached. If this patch is ok, it can be backported to 2.4.

I have applied the proposed changes and updated a few bits that were missing our new highlighting. Assuming this doesn't cause an uproar, it should get ported back to 2.4 pretty soon. Thanks for your effort :)
