After choosing one look and feel(L&F) from Options-->Look and Feel-->(windows or anything), this L&F is not persistent between restarts, once I close JMeter look and feel resets to default (Metal), every time I have to set my favorite L&F after JMeter started. 

Users preference on L&F must be stored, and that should be persistent between restarts.

This works like language and is persisted in jmeter.properties.
