Would be useful to have an opportunity to move by drag&drop more than one element from test plan at once.

For now it is possible to drag&drop just one element, i.e. http request and place it somewhere in the tree.

This is already implemented.

Just make sure you retain the selection by starting the drag before releasing Shift or Control (otherwise only the last item will be selected).
