Corrected typo in o.a.f.afp.fonts.AFPBase12FontCollection

In o.a.f.afp.fonts.AFPBase12FontCollection, the default character sets for TimesNewRoman are "CON" (letter "O") rather than "C0N" (number "0"). This I believe is a typo, since it is contrary to the naming convention specified by IBM (http://www4.infoprintsolutionscompany.com/help/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.printers.afpproducts/com.ibm.printers.guidetooutput/c5pu3mst49.htm).

batch transition to closed; if someone wishes to restore one of these to resolved in order to perform a verification step, then feel free to do so
