The orignal fo file

I use the attached fo file to generate a rtf file using the latest revision and the revision just after revision 1036000.

But there is no content in the generated rtf file.

The problem was created in revision 1036179. There I erroneously removed a constructor which as a side effect attaches the new object to its parent.

Fixed in revision 1051874.
