Patch to add support for a '-B <address>' option

The attached patch adds support to ab for '-B <address>', such that you can choose which address will be bound to when making outgoing connections.

I have tested it on Debian lenny/amd64.

Disclaimer: I have no prior experience with the apr_*() API and I did this on the spot in a hurry.
