FO file to demonstrate the problem

The attached FO file demonstrates that a relative-positioned block-container with padding apparently does not generate a reference-area with the correct size. The border on the resulting PDF is not equidistant from the page edges; in fact, the bottom border is off the page. This occurs in both 0.94 and 0.95.

Thanks for the report. Just modified some properties, since I confirmed the bug on a different platform (and it still exists in FOP Trunk).

batch transition to closed remaining pre-FOP1.0 resolved bugs
