Description Daniel Pfuhl 2001-10-21 08:48:23 UTC
The hyphenation in inline-areas seem to work not correctly.
I used hyphenation in some block-area and sometimes want to
add a few inline-areas into these blocks wich should not be
hyphenated. nevertheless they had been hyphenated. I'm
sure that it works for the 0.20.1 release. I used a newer
CVS-version of 0.20.1!

0.20.5cvs, the bug is still there.

The hyphenation property applies to fo:block and fo:character only according to
section 7.9.4 "hyphenate" (Not sure what it should cause for the latter as the
spec says "Hyphenation may be used .. for the text contained in this object".
Odd.) This means you can't use fo:inline or whatever inline FO to temporarily
turn off hyphenation. I'd guess this is what keep-together.within-line is for.
