Hi !

I found JMeter very useful and well done, so I want to contribute in my way by
pointing those little annoying things which the users have to put up with but
are quite simple to fix.

This is a Human-Computer Interface bug.

The context menu (accessible through right mouse click on a test plan's node)
needs a little improvement :
 - add a separator before "Enable"/"Disable" (or whatever is the exact English
translation) so that those two entries are in their own private space, just
before "Help"
 - move "Save Image As..." and "Save Screen As Image" from this context menu to
the menu bar as they are not contextual entries

This is somewhat simple, but it would improve usability of JMeter.

Thanks for your attention to this kind of bug reports.

Added separators. SVN r534657.

I've not removed the Save Image items from the context menu, because they do
depend on the context.
