This enhancement repackages the log4j 1.3 receivers into a log4j 1.2 compatible package.  Primarily 
intended for Chainsaw, but may be useful to others.

Should be functional at rev 528259 if you build a log4j 1.2.x from SVN and push it to your local Maven 
repository as 1.2.15 (copy log4j-1.2.15.jar to ~/.m2/repository/log4j/log4j/1.2.15/log4j-1.2.15.jar and 
copy log4j-1.2.14.pom from ../1.2.14 as change version number both on file name and inside pom).
