The last row of the first page continues on the second page, but the values of
the cells 3, 4, 6 and 7 are displayed on the first page even if the attribute
"display-align" is set to "after". They should be displayed on the second page.

Sorry for the late answer. Just picking through some old Bugzilla entries.
There's nothing in XSL-FO I can find that says FOP has to behave as you expect.
Another FO implementation I checked behaves just the same. In another use case a
different behaviour may be necessary. I suggest you work around it by adding a
keep-together to the table-row.
