My OS is WinXP with SP2.
I tried 2.0.50 and 2.0.52 and apache_1.3.29-win32-x86-no_src.exe,It's the same.

the error.log shows:

the middle word is Chinese,means 'An invalid argument was supplied'.
and i cann't open the http://localhost.

I does not install IIS or WinGate or any anti-virus software.
I tried to change the port to 90 or 8080
close the firewall and close the most services.
and Windowsupdate(included WindowsXP-KB884020).
without any help.

I searched and got one finally.

and the last comment says 'Apache/XP-SP2 interaction problem isn't resolved; 
re-opening'.
waiting for the fix or new Apache.
