According to Oracle the tag pooling is broken in Tomcat. I'm not sure tag
pooling broken or are the BC4J tags from oracle broken. Url to oracle statement:

Oracle states that the tag pool should call the release method either before the
tag is put into the pool or after it is taken out of the pool and before it is
used in the jsp page.
