Hi,

sorry if this has been reported already.

I use FOP 0.20.5 to convert
http://www.pinkjuice.com/howto/vimxml/print/vimxml_fop.fo
to
http://www.pinkjuice.com/howto/vimxml/print/vimxml.pdf .
The first bookmark labeled with the book's title doesn't point to the book's
title (cover).

Fixed in FOP 0.94 and probably earlier versions
