Add processing of external links of the form "F.pdf#ND" 
and "F.pdf#nameddest=ND".

The syntax currently supported ("F.pdf#dest=ND") is not supported by Acrobat 
(http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/a17e.htm), so it may not work if you 
use it when rendering other formats besides PDF.

this feature was readded in FOP 0.94.
FOP Web site says that is not yet readded... (see
http://xmlgraphics.apache.org/fop/0.94/extensions.html#named-destinations).
Therefore this bug should be left opened until Website is corrected.
