Enhancements to the anttask.xml page--a little more detailed information for 
more novice Ant (and FOP) users

Note:  To reduce confusion with users, I commented out the explanation on 
the "basedir" attribute; I could not get it to function within my build.xml, 
and according to the latest CVS source code
(http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/xml-
fop/src/java/org/apache/fop/tools/anttasks/Fop.java?rev=1.1&content-
type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup) the attribute is currently being ignored anyway.  
If I'm in error on this, the basedir explanation can be uncommented.
