Hi, when we did some tests before upgrading from 0.20.1 to 0.20.4 we noticed
that all our SVG's are being clipped on the right-hand side and at the bottom.

We're using the exact same SVG files as before, and they worked perfectly in
FOP 0.20.1. The Batik SVG browser also displays them correctly (we used the same
version that is bundled with FOP 0.20.4).

We're using external SVG files, and when we remove the viewport attribute the
rendered PDF is a little bit better but some clipping still exists.
