Description ken_yap_aus 2002-09-13 04:31:24 UTC
Is anybody else having problems with this tarball? Its length is
8129039, shorter than 0.20-3 by the way and when I try to unpack it
with tar ztvf ..., I get:

...
-rw-r--r-- chrisg/users 2163538 2002-07-06 04:06:18 fop-0.20.4/lib/batik.jar

gzip: stdin: invalid compressed data--format violated
tar: Unexpected EOF in archive
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

Surely someone must have put this bug in but I don't see it in the DB so
sorry if this is a dupe.

Compressed files can be corrupted during download. The original is certainly ok.
Download it again, perhaps using another client.
