Calling FOP from C++ programme using JNI.

After creating PDF document FOP exits.
Control doesn't come back to calling C++ programme. Calling programme also stops execution.

start debugging, then provide some useful information

resolved invalid due to lack of information (FO input file, PDF output file, etc)
