The new files must include the Apache License 2.0 Header. For modified files, the better way is to provide a diff patch. But for translation files, it's possible to provide the full properties file if you isn't familiar with diff patch. Please note: I18NEdit removes the Apache License Header, you must re-add after translation work. I can modify your submission for add AL Header if you give me your agreement.
