Documenation states that the enableLookups connector attribute is disabled by default. 
However, the default server.xml file has this attribute set to "true".

The documentation states that if you do not specify enableLookups in 
server.xml it defaults to false. This is not the same as stating the setting 
in the provided server.xml.

There are a number of attributes set in server.xml that do not use the default 
values.
