At web page http://spamassassin.apache.org/ => downloads
there is a broken link in paragraph pointing to svn.apache.org:

"Latest bleeding-edge code

 Nightly snapshots of the latest SVN trunk code can be downloaded from svn.apache.org. These are built nightly from the SVN repository, and may be unstable!"

This is by design and the website needs to be updated but this is a known issue.

The ASF Infrastructure no longer provides snapshots.
