Description Peter Silva 2003-05-28 10:22:30 UTC
It would be extremely useful if the URL

http://useast.spamassassin.org/tests.html

would be more like:
http://useast.spamassassin.org/v2.53/tests.html

so that I can look at the version of the tests for the version I am running (2.53)
after 2.54 is out. I can also compare the rule sets by flipping between the pages
in order to evaluate the benefit of upgrading.

Comment 2 Duncan Findlay 2004-11-30 20:54:08 UTC
The URL is gone, so I don't even know what this should mean... the page is now
versioned.
Comment 3 Daniel Quinlan 2004-11-30 21:15:43 UTC
Reopening, the versioning is wildcarded (2.6x, 3.0.x) and it should not be.
Comment 4 Peter Silva 2004-12-01 06:57:56 UTC
updated URL: http://spamassassin.apache.org/tests_3_0_x.html

If I am running 3.0.1 and the site is upto 3.0.5 I cannot figure out what
is missing, or even see the tests which were in effect at 3.0.1
Comment 5 Daniel Quinlan 2005-03-30 01:08:49 UTC
move bug to Future milestone (previously set to Future -- I hope)

*administrivia* the previous two comments have been hidden

To clean up properly, also hid the follow-up comment pointing out the incident and spam account's email address.

I don't think this bug applies anymore. Post 3.3, we are releasing rules separately and this is now an invalid request.
