vpopmail alias implementation is broken, the attached patch fix this for
vpopmail cvs, and use /var/lib/vpopmail/.spamassassin as catchall prefs dir.

hmm.. i have done some mods to that patch and made it handle when qmail uses |
to send to other programs, and so it handles multiple aliasses ex.
alias1@domain1 -> alias2@domain2 -> alias3@domain3 -> user.

it is not nerly material to just include but it is somewhere along the way.

it actually means bug 3120 and bug 4714, not 4717. bug 4714 has been fixed, so marking this as a dup of 3120....
