Hmmm, the starter list was not meant to be exchaustive.

Was IoC the only deprecated member left to remove?

What about things like support for the old tag syntax?

Are we still carrying around the old Velocity tag templates, or anything like that?

That's fine, but I'd like to put those on their own tickets to keep some momentum and encourage more people to put in time to fix tickets. I've changed the ticket name appropriately.
