Mail Reader, EL Example, Faces Example 1/2, Scripting MailReader have been removed from PlanetStruts. Shall we delete these references off the apps home page ?

Have they been removed, or is it just down at the moment? (Ted?)

If some of the apps are no longer hosted, just remove the links and leave it as plain text. If none of the s1 apps is hosted, then remove the line about 'linked examples...'

According to the nabble link, the full set of example apps put too much of a load on the host. So based on the two most important links still working (example and cookbook), I believe the rest have been permanently removed.
