As per http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=24099, due to this
cumulative error, I didn't even search in the right place to find the problem.

Suggestion: it would have been very helpful, if the error message also would say
which *.java / *.class file is not found and the ease of use of struts would be
greatly increased. Thx

Full error message was:
HTTP Status 500 - No action instance for path /doubleString could be created

description The server encountered an internal error (No action instance for
path /doubleString could be created) that prevented it from fulfilling this request.
