This should be fixed now. It appears to have been an artifact of the minotaur crash, where everything got reset to be owned by "apbackup". I've reasserted ownership, and set "g+w" so anyone in the "shale" group should now be able to upload this file.

Thanks Craig, appended my key now that the permissions are correct. Should be visible after the change sync's out. Resolving as Fixed.
