Bulk of the work in the framework should be done now so I'm marking as fixed.
Two comments:
1) If anyone notices an old-style (or missing) header (in framework), please update or let me know.
2) The sandbox hasn't been touched, we'll need to do that no later than when any module graduates from the sandbox (or earlier, if someone has the time)
