I fixed the <scm> tags on the only two POMs that had them: shale-parent and shale-apps. I'm not sure if <scm> tags are inherited or will point to the right place. That's one thing we need to figure out and get all the poms corrected if need be.

Also, Wendy suggested adding a "current" external like Struts has.
