Fix Version/s: 1.0.4

We should be listed on projects.apache.org. There is a utility to create the file: http://projects.apache.org/create.html

shale/trunk/src/site/resources seems like a good place for it.

Honestly I don't see why the folks over on site-dev haven't figured out a way to extract this information from the set of Maven 2 POM files. Other than creating this copy/paste/search/replace version from Struts, I don't think I'll be doing anything else with it.

I guess it's like Gump, it wasn't created here so no one wants to have to go off and learn something new just to maintain duplicate information for someone else.

:) If I were asking the question, I'd probably turn it around and ask: Why haven't the Maven folks developed a plugin that creates a DOAP file (and, for extra credit, submits it for us). :)

:) And, as Jon Stevens used to say: Thanks for volunteering! :)

Use the new maven-doap-plugin to generate the doap file.

Let site-dev@ know of the new doap file location, it was moved under 'frameworks'.

It appears Shale is listed. Is there any reason why this ticket should remain open?
