The current integration fails when trying to load a script reference inside an
HTML page, as the HTTPUnit code requires a WebClient to perform this action.
However, Cactus' generated WebResponse has the client set to null (via
WebResponse.newResponse()).

Ah yes, I've seen several emails on the list about this. We really need to
tackle it. I'm not expert with HttpUnit. Any idea how we can support this?
