Description

Scenario:

• Install a Zookeeper on machine A
• Install a Zookeeper on machine B, joining A to form an ensemble
• Reinstall ZooKeeper on A (but with standaloneEnabled=false)
  -> B automatically joins A to form an ensemble again

I think the work needed is discussed and addressed in ZOOKEEPER-832.
