[ZOOKEEPER-1592] support deleting a node silently

Description

Sometimes, we want to delete a node. But we are not sure if the node exists or not. In this case, we want the delete method succeed instead of throwing a NoNodeException. Although we can have a wrapper method to do it, it should be better to build this in to ZK.
