Description

After using ng-grid, notebook rendering is slightly slower than before.

• we might apply virtual rendering for other paragraphs to boost note loading time. Discussed in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ZEPPELIN-2653
• remove unnecessary options (e.g filter, pagination)
