Description

Instead of YarnClientApplication have apis like getApplicationId, getMaximumResourceCapability, etc - it currently holds a GetNewApplicationResponse object. It might be simpler to get rid of GetNewApplicationResponse and return a more well-suited object both at the client as well from over the rpc layer.
