Description

Recently I found some apps' available resource in AllocateResponse was changing between two different resources. After check the code, I think LeafQueue#queueResourceLimitsInfo is wrongly updated in LeafQueue#computeUserLimitAndSetHeadroom for all partitions, and this data should be updated only for default partition.
